Annie Lee Greer Hedrick, age 97, of Lenoir went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Amorem Hospice. She was born May 8, 1927 in Watauga County to the late James Albert Greer and Lina Pearl Minton Greer. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Ned Ernest Hedrick; one son, Ned Levon Hedrick; one daughter, Melinda Hedrick Carlton; two brothers, James William Greer and John Carrol Greer; one grandson, Lenford D. Cable; and one son-in-law. Luther J. Cable.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Susan Cable of Lenoir; one daughter-in-law, Frances Hedrick of Lenoir; two brothers, James Albert Greer, Jr. and David Gray Greer (Pat), all of Lenoir; two sisters, Alice Greer Watson and Dannie Greer Kidd, both of Lenoir; five grandchildren, Tracy Johnson (Stacy), Veronica Gray (Teddy), Monte Cable (Jessica), Raven Woodward (Gene), and Chris Teague (Angel); one granddaughter-in-law, Becky Cable; nine great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; twelve great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Keith Gilliam and Pastor David Crisp officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Stephen Jones, Gray Williams, Sergio Castro, Matt Bartlett, Jonathan Bryan, and Anthony Adams.

Memorial services will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 at 2:30 P.M. at Living Hope Church with Pastor Keith Gilliam and Pastor David Crisp officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:30 P.M. at the church.
