Ase William Chandler, age 87, of Hudson, NC, passed away in his home.

He was born to the late June and Maude Setzer Chandler in Caldwell County on May 19, 1936.

Ase loved his CB radio and fishing.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Alvin, Hamer, and Cling Chandler; and sisters, Hattie and Eulah Mae.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Glenda Chandler; son, Darrell William Chandler (Susan); daughters, Helen Chandler, Debbie Hatley (Dean); and Agnes Chester (David); 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Ase Chandler will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 2:00pm at Lakeview Baptist Church with Pastor Gary Lawrence officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 1:00pm-2:00pm prior to the service.
