Mrs. Betty Jean Ingram Fleming, age 91, of Granite Falls passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare.

Born August 16, 1933 in Virginia, Betty was a daughter of the late Claude and Bonnie Greene Ingram.  Betty enjoyed going out to eat and having her hair and nails done.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Everette Fleming; a daughter, Barbara Davis; her siblings, Claude Ingram, Jr., Charlotte Sue Ingram, Bobby Ingram, Doug Ingram, Robert Ingram, Ruby Wilson, Judy Main and Harold Ingram.

Survivors include her son, Ray Fleming; a sister in law, Lois Ingram; and she is also survived by numerous other relatives.

A celebration of Betty's life will take place on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Greer-McElveen Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Raby officiating.  A private burial will follow.
