Billy Russell Shuffler, age 54, of Lenoir passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Grace Hospital.

Born January 7, 1969 in Marion County, Mississippi, Billy was the son of the late Billy Joe and Sarah Bryant Shuffler.

Survivors include his companion, Kimberly Conner; Sister, Linda Alsuwaidi (husband Khalid); a niece, Dina Alsuwaidi (husband Saud); two nephews, Faisal Alsuwaidi (wife Shahad) and Faris Alsuwaidi; He is also survived by numerous other relatives.

A graveside service celebrating Billy's life will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park at 11:00 AM.
