Bonnie Jo Kostrub Pietrak, age 66, of Lenoir passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born March 21, 1959 in Burlington County, New Jersey to the late Richard Kostrub and Doris Voshell Kostrub.

Mrs. Pietrak was a dedicated nurse for 45 years prior to her retirement.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 43 years, Lee Francis Pietrak; two sons, Kyle Pietrak and Kelsey Pietrak (Destiny Dennis); one daughter, Karly Pietrak; one brother, Richard Kostrub; one sister, Sandra Hoffman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Pietrak will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
