Bruce Howard Sanders, age 62, of Lenoir, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026 at his home. He was born November 25, 1963 in Florida, to the late A.D. Sanders Jr. and Mattie Rebecca Reese. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers William Keith Sanders and Johnny Sanders.

Those left to cherish his memory include two sons, Maston Howard Sanders and Matthew Wayne Sanders; 5 sisters, Linda Andrews (Richard), Mary Bryant (Blair), Gwen Kirby (Wesly), Kay Gragg (Dale), and Karen Spencer (Cameron) all of Lenoir; 2 grandchildren, Angelina and Tucker; and girlfriend Robin Smith, of the home.
