Calvin Earl Hargett, Jr., age 58, of Rutherfordton passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at Mission Hospital. He was born April 13, 1965 in Catawba County to Calvin Earl Hargett, Sr. and Lynda Turnmire Hargett.

Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his parents include one son, Mark Allen Hargett and wife Holly; one sister, Kimberly Blevins and husband Lamar of Lenoir; one nephew, Brand Blevins and wife Kayla of Granite Falls; and one niece, Heather Beaver and husband Alan of Lenoir.
