Cindy Carol Terry Dillard, age 57, of Hudson passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at UNC Health Blue Ridge. She was born November 19, 1965 in Florida to Burt Terry.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Eugene Dillard and one sister, Dana Jetton.

Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her father include, one daughter, Amanda Waters and husband Randy of Hudson; step-mother, Phyllis Terry; one brother, Dan Terry and wife Donnis of Alabama; one sister, Gail Owens of Ohio; two beloved grandchildren, Ella Ruth Patton and Emma Lynn Patton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Truth Tabernacle UPC of Hildebran with Rev. Marcus Huntley officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Truth Tabernacle UPC, 5518 Land Harbor Drive, Granite Falls, NC 28630.
