Mr. Cloyd Alan Greene, age 66, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Cloyd "Alan" was born on June 26, 1957 to the late William E. Greene and Laura Jean Presnell.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Greene, as well as his aunt and uncle Eloise and Victor Laxton.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Lauren Greene of Granite Falls; brother Stephen Greene and wife Sharon of Lenoir; and nieces, Vicki Whittaker and Rebecca Crawford.

Cloyd "Alan" loved hunting. He was an avid sportsman and collector of various treasures.

A graveside service to honor the life of Cloyd "Alan" Greene will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 2pm with Rev. Jerry Taylor officiating.

Memorial service arrangements are pending at this time.
