Mr. Connor James Drum, age 32, of Lenoir passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare.

Born November 20, 1993 in Catawba County, Connor was the son of Larry "Bo" Drum, Jr. and the late Sicha Pope Chapman. Connor enjoyed watching sports.  He especially liked basketball, football and golf.  He was an avid Duke fan.  He will be remembered for his humor and always having something funny to say.  In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bruce and Elizabeth "Lib" Pope.

In addition to his father, he is also survived by a daughter, Elle Drum; a son, Eli Drum; three sisters, Taylor Drum Soyars, Casey Drum and Chelsey Maltba; his paternal grandparents, Larry Edward Drum, Sr. and Teresa Elaine Drum; He is also survived by numerous other relatives.

A memorial service celebrating Connor's life will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Greer-McElveen Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Dula officiating.
