Ms. Deborah Ann Porter, Age 64 passed away at her residence on Saturday, November 30th,
2024.

Born Friday, November 11th, 1960 to the late James Carl Shoemake and Lela Fay Allen
of Lenoir, North Carolina.

She is survived by her significant other Jerry D Smith of the home, her sister Teresa Lambert
(Shane) of Lenoir, two children; Amber Dawn Shoemake of Wilkesboro, and Thomas Monroe
Porter II (Amber) of Lenoir, and three grandchildren, James Edward Holman (Chloe) of Boone,
Molly Mae Holman of Wilkesboro, and Brayden Gage Porter of Lenoir.

A devoted mother of 2 children and 3 grandchildren, Deborah's greatest joy came from nurturing
her family. She worked in textiles most of her life, loved to work in her flower garden, she also
loved to perform renovations on her home and loved her collection of hummingbird and peacock
decor.
