Delta Ours Crowe, age 87, of Hudson, North Carolina, passed away on June 10, 2026.

Delta was born on February 28, 1939 in Washington County, Virginia to the late Emory and Hazel Ours.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Houston Vernon Crowe; son-in-law, Fred Arvil Haas; brothers, Gene Ours, Ernest Ours, Paul Ours, and Elmer Lee Ours; and sisters, Wilma Blevins, Andy Furches, and Ruth Ours.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Cindy Crowe Haas of Hudson, North Carolina, Lisa Ann Moore (Duane) of Hudson, North Carolina, and Debbie Jenkins (Johnny) of Maiden, North Carolina; son, Mark Houston Crowe of Granite Falls, North Carolina; sisters, Betty Hamm of Lenoir, North Carolina and Phyllis Proffitt of Green Cove, Virginia; 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and beloved dog, Maggie Mae.

Delta was of the Baptist faith. She loved going to church at Clearview Baptist Church when she was able. She was a hard worker and will be dearly missed.

Per Delta's wishes, no services will be held.
