Denise Lindsay Greene, 60, of Lenoir went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 following a period of declining health.

Denise was born on February 22, 1963 in Caldwell County to Louie Lindsay and Jane Watson Lindsay.  She was a graduate of West Caldwell High School and Appalachian State University.  Denise was a devoted Christian.  She was an artist and a massage therapist.  She loved travelling, sunsets, spending time with and helping family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Louie Lindsay.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Gary Greene; mother, Jane Watson Lindsay; step-daughter, Tiffany Ostwalt and husband Ethan and step-son, Jake Greene; sisters, Laura Sullivan and husband Pat, Donna Penny and husband Greg, and Carrie Crump and husband Dusty; grandchildren, Tate Ostwalt and Silas Ostwalt; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Lenoir Presbyterian Church at 1002 Kirkwood Ave. NW, Lenoir, NC 28645 with Rev. Rob Hinman and Rev. Mack Jarvis officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the church.

Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
