Dennis James Clark Jr., 49, of Taylorsville, passed away on May 18, 2026 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson, NC.

Dennis was born on December 11, 1976 to Dennis James Clark, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jimmy and Nora Leigh Clark and a nephew Daniel Webb.

He is survived by his father Dennis James Clark, Sr. and wife, Gladys. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his wife Traci Renae Clark; daughter, Avery Leigh Clark and son, Hunter Isaiah Dula; sisters, Janae Clark(Andy), Tammy Cicatelli (Eric), and Stacie Stallings(William); brothers, Jimmy Clark and David West; along with several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; as well as his father and mother-law, Wayne and Janet Messer.

Dennis was a member of Green Mountain Baptist Church and was employed by Lohrman Welding Inc. for 20 years.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026, 2 pm at Green Mountain Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Baker officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service. The church is located off Hwy. 268 at 2077 Piney Grove Circle, Lenoir, NC.
