Eva Mae West Dula, age 84, of Lenoir passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at her residence. She was born November 11, 1940 in Macon County, NC to the late Hubert West and Ollie Mae Hasket West. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Melvin Lee Dula; nine brothers, and one sister.

Mrs. Dula retired from Shaire Center after many years of dedicated work.

Those left to cherish her memory include three sons, Tony Holland (Pam), Terry Dula (Susan), and Jerry Dula (Lisa); one daughter, Brenda Norman; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and one on the way; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Bowman officiating. Interment will immediately follow at North Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Moore, Tony Holland, Terry "TJ" Dula, Jr., Tyler Dula, Jared Dula, John Paul West, Ty Norman, and Andrew Higgins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Community Church, 1421 Cajah Mountain Rd, Hudson, NC 28638; or Shaire Center, 1450 Shaire Center Drive Lenoir, NC 28645.
