Gary Owen Farr, Sr., age 73, of Hudson passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Caldwell UNC Health Care. He was born October 23, 1950 in Burke County to the late Owen and Betty Arney Farr. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters, Sheila Johnson and Peggy Farr.

Mr. Farr was a retired truck driver.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 52 years, Bonnie Triplett Farr, of the home; four children, Michelle Tanner (Bob), Gary Farr, Jr. (Rebecca), Maria Farr, and Greg Farr; five beloved grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be private.
