Genoise Tuttle Greer, age 89, of Lenoir, North Carolina went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 17, 2023 at Amorem Hospice in Burke County.

Genoise was born to the late Reverend Bernard and Edna Kincaid Tuttle in Caldwell County, NC.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Ted Greer and brothers Morris Tuttle and Stanley Tuttle.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Kent Greer (Susan); daughter, Sara Roland (Alan); brother, Larry Tuttle (Irene); grandchildren, Chris Roland (Amber), Kyle Greer (Kary), Jordan Roland, and Hunter Greer; great-grandchildren, Tyler Sparks (Tory), Mackenzie Roland, Reece Roland, Zoey Roland, and Karter Greer; great-great- grandchild, Grayson Sparks; sisters-in-law, Rita Tuttle and Emma Tuttle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Genoise loved the Lord, her Bible, and her family. She was a homemaker with a true servant's heart. She will be remembered as a faithful, loving, Christian, mother.

A graveside service will be held to honor the life of Mrs. Genoise Greer on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park at 11:00AM with Pastor Mike Isaacs officiating. The family will visit with friends after the graveside service.

The family would like to extend a special thanks Koinonia in Lenoir, NC and Amorem Hospice in Valdese, NC.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tuttle Scholarship at Crestview Baptist Church.
