Harvey Dean Dula, age 73, of Hickory passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at Hickory Village Memory Care. He was born July 30, 1950 in Caldwell County to the late Richard Dula and Ida Mae Banner Dula.

Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Carolotta Dula; one sister, Linda Tate; two grandchildren, Jasmine Dula and Shykale Steptoe; one great-grandchild, Rylan Dula; one niece, Shante Floyd; one great-niece, Danasia Witherspoon; and one great-nephew, Dishaun Witherspoon.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerome Pearson officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
