Isaiah Monty Simmons, age 27, of Lenoir passed away Monday, November 4, 2024 at his residence. He was born July 5, 1997 in Burke County to Chad Main and the late Lori Shannon Simmons. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his grandfather, William Ted Simmons.

Those left to cherish his memory include his grandmother, Janice Simmons; aunt, Teddie Simmons; uncle, Monty Simmons; cousin, Cory Hathcock; and his son, Levi.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Blythe officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Collier's United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Colony of Mercy, 1675 Bethel Colony Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645.
