Jacqueline Gaye Howell Parsons, age 65, of Lenoir passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Lenoir Healthcare. She was born December 17, 1957 in Baltimore, MD to Elizabeth Oliver Rogers and the late Jack Franklin Laws. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by one sister, Lisa Thomas.

Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her mother include one son, Dion Parsons of Lenoir; three brothers, Royce Rogers and wife Tracy, Keith Howell, and Quinten Howell and wife Carolyn, all of Lenoir; three sisters, Angela Causby, Erana Rogers and husband Matthew Crisp, and Druscilla Grady, all of Lenoir; one granddaughter, Peyton Saine; and numerous nieces and nephews.
