James Clifton Vaughan, III, age 44, of Lenoir passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 in Burke County. He was born August 7, 1980 in Cook County, Illinois to Renita L. Philyaw Vaughan and the late James Clifton Vaughan, II.

Those left surviving include his mother, Renita L. Philyaw Vaughan of the home; his fiancée, Brandy Isaacs of the home; one son, James Clifton Vaughan, IV of Lenoir; one daughter, Jayleigh Levi Rechelle Vaughan of Lenoir; and one sister, Melissa Ann Hoston (Marvin) of Greensboro.
