Katrina Nelle Wallace, was born on July 9, 1949 in Lenoir, North Carolina.  She died on June 5, 2024 at age 74 in Tallahassee, Florida.  She was a resident of the Tallahassee Developmental Center in Tallahassee, Florida.

She is survived by her brother, Kelvin Wallace, AKA "Baby" and her sister-in-law Patti Wallace of Wakulla Springs, Florida.

She will always be remembered as a very happy person, full of life and eager to make friends of any stranger she met.  She always brought joy and happiness to those around her.  She loved Elvis, Spock (from Star Trek) and Original Recipe Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 6pm to 8pm at Bevis Funeral Home, 200 John Knox Road, Tallahassee, Florida.  Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 1pm to 2pm at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home, 725 Wilkesboro Boulevard NE, Lenoir, North Carolina. Services will follow at 2pm.  Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park, 2017 Wilkesboro Boulevard, Lenoir, North Carolina.
