Linda Louise Allen Teniente, age 74, of Granite Falls passed away Monday, July 6, 2026 at College Pines Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 19, 1951 in Cook County, Illinois to the late Gaylan Clyde Allen and Catherine McNeely Allen. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter, Lorie Ann Townsend; one brother, Robert Lee Allen; and five beloved dogs.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Gene Vecchio and wife April; one brother, Richard Allen and wife Helen; two sisters, Rebekah Green and husband Ricky, and Lara St. John; four beloved grandchildren, Lacee Dvorak and husband Jan, David Teniente and wife Zulema, Christian Teniente, and Faith Teniente; and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Friday, July 10, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at North Lenoir Church of God with Rev. James Propst officiating.
