Mrs. Linda Triplett Jonas, age 85, of Lenoir passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare.

Born November 3, 1937 in Caldwell County, Linda was a daughter of the late William and Bertha Hall Triplett.  Linda graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University with a Bachelor's Degree.  She was a member of the St. James Episcopal church.  She was a proud member of the Daughters of the King.  She taught at Whitnel Elementary School.  Linda was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting and solving cross word puzzles.

Survivors include her husband, A.G. Jonas, Jr.; three daughters, Paige Jonas, Ann Bollinger and Amy Black (husband Eric); a brother, James Triplett (wife Greta); a sister, Joyce Gardner; five grandchildren, Rae Jonas-Keough (husband Dan), Jonas Black (wife Dr. Jennifer), Elizabeth Chain (husband Dylan), James Black and Clay Bollinger II; one great grandchild, Makenzie Rose Keough; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private memorial service to celebrate Linda's life.
