Linda (Diane) Lewey Teague, age 64, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024 at her residence.

Born on May 8, 1960 in Raleigh, Diane was a graduate of Apex High School. She worked for Caldwell County for 28 years, retiring in 2015 as Deputy County Clerk.

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Lewey, and her mother, Anna (Roberts) Lewey.

A remarkable artist, Diane was known for her abilities in needle felting, sewing, pottery and photography.

Diane is survived by her husband, Paul, of the residence.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Susan Buchanan officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
