Linda Lou Greer Taylor, age 70, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 in her home.

Linda was born on January 7, 1956 in Wilkes County, North Carolina to Mary Lou Greer and the late Harold Lloyd Greer.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Lloyd Greer.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Mary Lou Greer; husband, Bobby Taylor; daughter, Misty Branch and spouse James; son, Bobby Robinson and spouse; grandchildren, Katie Branch, Kiersty Branch, Kristopher Robinson, and Nathaniel Robinson; as well as great-grandchildren.

Linda liked to laugh and have fun. She was a joy to be around. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service to honor the life of Linda Taylor will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 2:00PM at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Rick Bowman officiating.
