Lynda Kaye Benge, 54 of Lenoir passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023 following a period of declining health.

Lynda was born on October 19, 1968 in Caldwell County to the late Robert Darrell Bradford and Marie Kaye Clark Bradford.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Craig Allen Dubert, of the home; daughter, Melinda Whittington and husband Jimmy, of Lenoir; son, Robert Dallas Benge, of Texas; two stepdaughters, Megan and Chelsea Dubert, of Mountain View; two sisters, Darla King and husband Chris of Lenoir, and Kelly Stollings and husband Jesse, of Lenoir; three grandchildren, James (Buddy), Jamia (Wawa), and Janiya (Niya) Whittington, who she loved dearly; two nieces, Brooke Bradford and husband Donnie, of Lenoir and Mary-Katherine and husband Juan, of Hickory; one nephew, Christopher Coffey and wife Jennifer, of Iron Station; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Berea Advent Christian Church in Collettsville with Pastor David Jones officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 8, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the church.

Inurnment will follow at Clark Family Cemetery.
