Mrs. Margo Delphine Myers Smith Parsons, age 64, of Granite Falls passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026 at her home.

Born June 10, 1961 in Caldwell County, Margo was a daughter of the late Dallas Grimes and Vera Elizabeth Horton Myers.  Margo loved music and working with people.  She loved sitting in her rocking chair and doing crossword puzzles.  She was a member of the West End Mennonite Brethren Church.  The thing she enjoyed most was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Malverne Myers and Gary Lamont Myers; a grandson, Damarion Sharpe; a great grandson, Cyn'cere Murph.

Survivors include her husband Joey Stewart Parsons; a daughter, Koko Myers; five sons, Joe Myers, Christopher Myers, Jonathon Myers, Dominic Campbell (wife Ebony) and Demetric Campbell; a step daughter, Jada Nicole Parsons Jacob (husband Peter); a brother, Herbert Myers (wife Barbara); two sisters, Marisa Drew (husband Ted) and Joelle Henry; she is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Life Center in Lenoir with Pastor James Moore officiating.  Interment will follow the service in Bellview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
