Mrs. Nancy Anne Coffey, age 72, of Lenoir passed away on April 4, 2024.

Nancy was born on July 3, 1951 to the late Zeno R. Hames and Mae Hames of Lenoir, NC.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Dwight Hames.

Those left to cherish her memory included her husband, Bruce Coffey of Lenoir; daughter, Amanda Hall and husband Charles Hall of Lenoir; son,  Joseph Coffey of Lenoir; brother, Ben Hames and wife Karen Hames of Lenoir; brother, Roger Hames and wife Donna Hames of Statesville; grandchildren, Nicholas Banner, Madison Banner, Elizabeth Coffey, and great grandson Aiden Banner of Lenoir as well as many other loved ones.

Nancy loved spending time with her family, going camping, and singing in the choir at church.  She was an avid church member at Union Baptist Church.

A celebration of life will be held at Union Baptist Church on April 7, 2024 at 4:00pm with Pastor Mark Robinette officiating.
