Nancy Ann Martin, age 83, of Lenoir, North Carolina, passed away in her home on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026.

Nancy was born on May 27, 1942 in Caldwell County to the late John and Alice Martin.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Martin, Lonnie Martin, and Roger Martin; brother-in-law, Sherman Belcher; and sister-in-law, Peggy Martin.

Those left to cherish her memory include her brothers, Don Martin and John Martin; sister, Mary Jeanette Belcher; sister-in-law, Debbie Martin; nieces, Deborah Williams (Randy), Donna Louie (Lonnie), Annette Stevens (Darrell), Cecilia Cook, Kathy McIntosh (Mitch), and Elaine Chester (David); nephew, James Belcher (Joyce); and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Nancy was a member of Whitnel First Baptist Church as was well loved by all who knew her.

A funeral service to honor the life of Nancy Martin will be held on Sunday, April 26th, 2026 at Whitnel First Baptist Church at 2:00PM with Reverend Stuart White officiating.

The family will receive visitors at the church one hour prior to the service from 1:00PM until 2:00PM.

Burial will immediately follow the service at Whitnel First Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Whitnel First Baptist Church at 1201 Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645.
