Nicholas Eugene Williams, age 46, of Granite Falls passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born February 17, 1980 in Burke County to Rex Eugene Williams and Joanne Lail Williams. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Fred Lail; paternal grandparents, Ralph Williams and Ruth Perry; one sister, Leslie Williams; and numerous uncles and cousins.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Rex and Joanne Williams; one daughter, Haley Williams; maternal grandmother, Edith Lail; two nephews, Tyler Williams (Natalie) and Jaden Williams; great-niece, Teagan Williams; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

To honor the wishes of Mr. Williams no services will be held.
