Pansy Lee Bolick Coffey, age 95, of Lenoir, North Carolina was called home by the Lord on August 6, 2025.

Pansy was born on April 17, 1930 in Caldwell County, North Carolina to the late Monroe Bolick and Hester Phillips Bolick.

Pansy was strong in her faith, and her family takes comfort in the fact that she is in the arms of her Lord and Savior.

Pansy held jobs at Roses, Crest, TG&Y, Sigmon's, Smithy's, and Dollar General, where she was well known and made many friends.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter-in-law, Rebecca Lynn Coffey; grandson, Matthew A. Coffey; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Pansy is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Coffey; son, Cecil J. Coffey; brothers, Sylvester Bolick, Cecil Bolick, Spencer Bolick, and Thomas Bolick; and sisters, Texie Coffey, Pearl Vines, Ruby Gore, Ruth Howlton, Ina Chappel, Ethel Bolick, Evelyn Coffey, and Virginia Price.

A funeral service to honor the life of Pansy Coffey will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 2pm at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Floyd Vines officiating.

The family will receive visitors at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow the service.

The family wishes to share their deepest gratitude to all Shaire Center and hospice employees and volunteers for all the kindness and compassion they showed to Pansy and her loved ones.
