Paul Everette Burchette, Jr., age 73, of Hudson passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at his residence. He was born January 5, 1952 in Wilkes County to the late Paul Everette Burchette and Madge Wiles Burchette.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 26 years, Delpha "Bunny" Elizabeth Pennell Burchette; three step-children, Sandra Martin, Jeff Bennett, and Ronnie Bennett; seven siblings, Tony Wiles (Nancy), Pat King (Junior), David Burchette (DeeDee), Cathy Johnson (Steve), Jeri Hammond (Jeff), Lisa Baker (Roger), and Tim Burchette (Bobbie); six grandchildren, Tisha, Keisha, Seth, Noah, Jacob, and Cohen; four great-grandchildren, Octavean, Maleah, Henry, and Nyla; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Cedar Rock Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Robbins and Rev. Benny Hendrix officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the church.
