Relma Louise Church, age 74, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on March 7, 2024.

Relma was born on March 8, 1949 to the late Johnson Church and Pansy Price in Caldwell County, North Carolina.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Roger Michael Church.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Scott Riley and girlfriend Lauren Brown; daughter, Tracy Taylor and husband Robbie Taylor; brother, Dennis Keith Church "Hog"; sister, Denise Williams and husband Tim Williams; grandchildren, Brandon Taylor and wife Jessica Taylor, Cooper Durham, Anna Grace Riley, and Ben Riley; great grandchildren, Mia Taylor and Jace Taylor; boyfriend, Glen Dean; special niece, Courtney Williams; special nephew, Tyler Williams and wife Jamie; GREAT niece, Charlee Hollifield; nieces, Stephanie McLean and Michelle Church; and nephew, Roger Harris.

Relma was a fashion expert who loved shopping. She never left the house without her hair done, make up done, and perfectly accessorized. She never met a stranger, and was kind to everyone. To say that everyone loved Relma would be an understatement because she certainly was a character with a great sense of humor. She spoke her mind, and she had many adventures in her lifetime.

A memorial service to honor the life of Relma Church will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Yadkin Valley Baptist Church (4135 Steeltown Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645) at 3pm with Reverend Bobby Pritchard officiating.

The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service at the church from 2pm-3pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Amorem Hospice.
