Mrs. Renee Robbins Runde, age 66, of Granite Falls passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at her home.

Born January 21, 1959 in Caldwell County, Renee was the daughter of the late Bobby Gene and Joan Greene Robbins.  Renee was an amazing cook, and she had a wonderful sense of color and design.  She was proud of her work, her attention to detail and her ability to get the job done.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Stella Keye.

Survivors include her husband, Audun Runde; a son Bradley Myers; step sons, Daniel Ekker-Runde and Alexander Ekker-Runde; step daughter, Camilla Ekker-Runde; a grandson, Lincoln Clarke Keye;  a brother, Ken Robbins (wife Emily); and numerous other relatives.

A memorial service celebrating Renee's life will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Alan Carr and Pastor Jim Robbins officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
