Rita Ann Church, 68 of Lenoir passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024.

Rita was born in Caldwell County on August 9, 1955 to the late Floyd Annas and Jeanette Chester Annas.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Jack Church, Sr.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Tony Baretta Church and David Jack Church, Jr. and wife Amanda; brothers, Tykie Annas, Michael Annas, Scott Annas, and Christopher Annas; sisters, Shelia Hicks, Lori Annas, and Mavis Stpierre; grandchildren, Chasity Dawn Church, Toni Alia Church, Domanick Church, Kendra Church, Maranda Church, and Austin Jones; great-grandchildren, Jamie Laney, Hunter Bumgarner, Gunner Bumgarner, Emma Roten, Wade Annas Church, and Maggie Katosh.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Greer-McElveen Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Dula officiating.
