Robert Lee Pair, age 82, of Lenoir, North Carolina went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Robert was born in Greensville County, Virginia on March 28, 1943 to the late Clyde and Lillie Mae Pair.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 45 years, Mary Ann Pair; son, Roger Duke Pair of Virginia; and brother, Edward Eugene Pair of South Carolina.

Robert loved dogs and cats. He also loved nature and going for walks. He could not stand being cooped up in the house. He liked old cars and gospel singing. His favorite song was "I'd Rather Have Jesus than Silver or Gold". His wife Mary read the Bible to him every morning, and he cooked her breakfast every morning. Robert was a great cook. He also liked to play Uno every night. He will be dearly missed.
