Ronnie Douglas Rash, age 81, of Lenoir passed away Monday, January 20, 2025 at Amorem Hospice. He was born August 23, 1943 in Caldwell County to the late Plez Rash and Notsi Laney Rash. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Jeff Rash; and two brothers, Charles Rash and Larry Rash.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 48 years, Kay Cowick Rash, of the home; one daughter, Paula Gates (Glenn); one daughter-in-law, Beverly Rash; one brother, Ray Rash; six beloved grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Rash will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at North Catawba Baptist Church with Rev. Doug St. John and Rev. David Brown officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the church.
