Sarah Josephine Hackett Stucky, age 80, of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born February 14, 1946 in Wilkes County to the late James Luther Hackett and Sarah Ferguson Hackett. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stucky; one brother; and two sisters.

Those left to cherish her memory include three sons, Reginald Stucky, Ricky Stucky, and Rolando Stucky; one brother, Jerry Horton and wife Cookie; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of beloved extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell Chapel A.M.E. Cemetery, 3770 Zacks Fork Road, Lenoir NC 28645, with Rev. Samuel Patterson officating.
