Mrs. Teresa Elmore Clark, age 77, of Lenoir went peacefully to be with her Lord surrounded by family on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Caldwell UNC Health Care.

Born November 2, 1948 in Catawba County, Teresa was a daughter of the late James and Marie Marshall Elmore.  Teresa loved camping and being in the mountains.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, James Aaron Elmore; and a brother, Dr. Randy Elmore.

Survivors include her husband William Robert Clark; a sister, Sheila E. Pearson (husband Gary); a sister in law, Martha Y. Elmore; two brothers in law, Tim Clark (wife Lynn) and Scott Clark; two nieces, Jessica P. Cloud (husband Chris) and Ellen Ackerman (husband Stouffer); two nephews, Justin L. Pearson and Dr. Lee Elmore (wife Molly); she is also survived by four great nieces, two great nephews and numerous other relatives.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Clark will be held at First Baptist Church of Whitnel on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Stuart White and Pastor Steve Hedgecock officiating.

The family will recieve friends prior to the service in the church from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
