Thomas Charles Blevins, age 80, of Lenoir passed away Monday, June 16, 2025 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. He was born November 30, 1944 in Caldwell County to the late Alfed William Blevins, Sr. and Hazel Bowman Blevins. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Alfred Blevins, Jr.; and one sister, Barbara Smith.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 58 years, Georgia Shew Blevins of the home; three sons, Richard Blevins (Sherri) of Hudson, Aaron Blevins (Nicki) of Lenoir, and Cory Blevins (Brooke) of Lenoir; two daughters, Lesley Blevins and Cassie Blevins, both of the home; six grandchildren, William Blevins, Adam Blevins, Carlie Blevins, Bailey Blevins, Caroline Blevins, and Bryson Blevins; two nieces, Karen Stein and Sandra Parlier; and one brother-in-law, Robert Smith.

A gathering to celebrate the life of Mr. Blevins will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Grandview Park Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
