Troy Edward McCall, age 92, of Lenoir passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Amorem Hospice. He was born March 6, 1933 in Caldwell County to the late Marion Lavaughn McCall and Pansy Mabe McCall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Clyde Clay; and four brothers, Archie McCall, Elbert McCall, Marion McCall, and Duell McCall.

Mr. McCall proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a faithful member of Flemings Chapel Baptist Church. He worked in the furniture industry for 47 years at Bernhardt Furniture. He enjoyed being outdoors, watching birds, and tending to his garden.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 72 years, Martha Staton McCall; one son, Chuck McCall and wife Anita; one daughter, Teresa Ervin and husband Steve; one brother, Danny McCall and wife Shelby; one sister, Pauline Beamon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Flemings Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. David Payne, Rev. Keith McCall, and Deacon Danny Kincaid officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery with military honors provided by the U.S. Army.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the church.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kenny McCall, Terry Beamon, Cecil Haynes, Jesse McCall, Bradley McCall, Harold McCall, and Phil McCall.
