Twyla Renee Triplett Kirby, age 59, of Granite Falls passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024 at her residence. She was born February 20, 1965 in Burke County to the late Donald Wayne Triplett and Lantha Delores Oxford Bryant. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one brother, Jeff Triplett.

Those left to cherish her memory include three children, William Kirby (Terri) of Granite Falls, Amanda Dupuis (J.J.) of Morganton, and Johnna Kirby of Granite Falls; step-father, Ralph Bryant of Granite Falls; two brothers, Greg Bryant (Shelley) and Blair Bryant (Mary), all of Granite Falls; nine beloved grandchildren, Gracie, Jackson, Dre, Lydia, J.R., Skyler, Gage, Kayley, and Alex; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Bowman officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
