Vivian Delores Laws Jones, age 86, of Lenoir passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Amorem Hospice. She was born August 6, 1938 in Caldwell County to the late Rufus A. Laws and Lizzie Wyke Laws. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by three brothers, Garland Laws, Norman Laws, Carl Laws, and one infant brother; and two sisters, Gladys Suddreth and Mildred Watson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Bryan K. Jones and wife Sandy; one sister, Rachel Livingston; and two beloved granddaughters, Meredith Jones and fiancé Cameron and Emilee Jones.

Graveside services will be held Monday, August 4, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Park with Rev. Rob Evans officiating.

The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Hickory Falls Health and Rehabilitation for the compassionate care provided.
