William "Billy" Hoggard, 64, of Lenoir passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 following a period of declining health.

Billy was born on February 17, 1959 in Baltimore County, Maryland to the late Stanley Earl Hoggard and Lois Mae Smith Hoggard. Billy was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family as much as possible.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 wonderful years, Margaret Lynn Hoggard, of the home; son, Zachary Hoggard and wife Rosie; and grandchildren, Chase Hoggard and Mia Hoggard.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
