William Joseph Michael, Jr., age 54, of Hudson passed away Friday May 3, 2024 at Caldwell UNC Health Care. He was born February 4, 1970 in Watauga County to the late Billy Joe Michael and Emma Jean Roark Rotten. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Michael; one sister, Brenda Rotten; and his step-father, Jerry L. Rotten.

Those left to cherish his memory include three brothers, Joey Michael of Lenoir, Stacy Michael of Lenoir, and Jerry Rotten (Sarah) of Waynesville; one sister, Renee Rotten (Craig) of Waynesville; one niece, Brittany Michael of Denton, NC; two nephews, James Michael of Lenoir, and Sebastian Michael of California; and numerous aunts and uncles.
